Privacy Policy

ExecLayer Inc. ("ExecLayer", "we") operates execlayer.io and its subdomains. This policy describes what we collect on these sites, what we deliberately do not collect, and how to contact us.

What we collect

  • Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate page traffic. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and operations.
  • Voice agent. If you choose to talk to Norsu, the briefing agent, the conversation is processed by ElevenLabs to answer your questions and book time. Do not share sensitive information in that conversation.
  • Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.

What we do not collect

  • Governance assessment scores. The Agentic Governance Benchmark runs entirely in your browser. No scores, inputs, or results are sent to or stored by ExecLayer. This is by design and is permanent.
  • Accounts. These sites have no signup, no login, and no user database.
  • Advertising identifiers. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind.

Kernel demo

The kernel demonstration on the landing page files a fixed sample request against kernel.execlayer.io and returns a signed decision receipt. The sample uses synthetic identifiers only. Requests pass through our infrastructure and are subject to the server logging described above.

Third parties

  • Vercel (hosting and analytics)
  • ElevenLabs (Norsu voice agent, only if you engage it)
  • Substack (newsletter, only if you subscribe there)

Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights and contact

You may request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold (for most visitors, that is nothing beyond transient server logs). Contact press@execlayer.io.
